FOR MORE THAN THREE DECADES, SHE HAS BEEN AT THE FOREFRONT OF HIGH-RISK OBSTETRICS AND WOMEN’S HEALTH.

A nationally recognized maternal-fetal medicine specialist, Dr. Riley leads obstetrics and gynecology at one of New York City’s foremost academic medical institutions. Over the course of her career, she has delivered thousands of babies, helped shape national standards of pregnancy care and trained generations of physicians—bringing the same exacting standards to advancing women’s health as she does to caring for each patient.

Being put together is an extension of the standards Dr. Riley brings to her work. “People tease me all the time, ‘you're so dressed up.’ And I'm like: but I'm a doctor. I'm going to see patients all day.”

Her uniform has to meet the demands of those days, moving with her through long hours without sacrificing the polish she values. “When I think of uniform, I think of scrubs. I never wear my scrubs outside of the operating room.” Beyond them: “I like clothes that move with me and make me feel confident.”
